#19 Random Act of Kindness

Scatter Kindness

#19 Random Act of Kindness – 100 day challenge.

All Acts of Kindness are written in the participants own words and the only purpose of this challenge was to scatter kindness.

This Tuesday was especially trying,  I went to Hobby Lobby just to ‘free my mind’ ~ saw a coffee mug with a saying ‘it’s all good’ and bought it for a co worker who has had some troubled times as of late. Filled it with various hot chocolates, which is her fav, and gifted it to her on Thursday, once back at work.

On Wednesday, I usually carve out that day for my grocery shopping day; one of my stops being Aldi and I always seek someone needing a shopping cart, usually a $.25 to ‘lease’, and give them the cart – funny how the ‘elder’ generation always insists on giving me the quarter. Very, very proud! I miss that sentiment, and not about taking a shopping cart worth a quarter that’s given to you. I miss that head held high, ‘no Miss, here, you take this.. but thank you’ attitude.

Have a Flan-tastic Day and Scatter some Kindness,

Donna Flanagin

Random me: If you’re having a bad day, do something nice for someone else.  It can snap you right out of it.

  1. Kindness and generosity have the power to change the world. It feels amazing to have the honor to tend Earth’s ‘garden’.

    • Always in full bloom.
