Exceeding My Expectations

It’s always nice when someone exceeds your expectations.  When WordPress sent me this email, they did exactly that.  Are you able to exceed your customers expectations? Although I am a little concerned about “where did they come from” obama-scandal-exposed.co.cc, ??  What the heck is that?

The stats helper monkeys at WordPress.com mulled over how this blog did in 2010, and here’s a high level summary of its overall blog health:

  1. Cool stuff. Always fun to see progress.
Looking forward to your 2011 posts.
Your “Random Me” is an excellent best practice.

    • Kinda had to laugh because I am pretty sure no one got less than a “wow” on the meter. Great way to make everyone feel good. But I really did appreciate the report. Nice to see anyway. Random me: First blog ever in 2010!!

  2. I continue to be very impressed with your commitment to blogging regularly, there is no doubt that this more than anything is the reason for your success in the above metrics. Far too many of us blog intermittently and then are surprised we lose readers, have even less interaction, and slowly fade from view. Keep it up.

    • Steve, what a very inspiring comment. It makes me want to try even harder. Many days it is very difficult with running a business and all the other things in life tugging at me. Readers like you make it so much more enjoyable. Thank you.
